Solicitations, vendor registration and awards

Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc. (PMCM) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced manufacturers and/or authorized suppliers to furnish six (6) telescopic separating twin-lift container spreaders, Brand Name or Equal to Bromma STS45 Spreaders, Model STS45 20/40/45, as the Base Goods, and three (3) telescopic twin-lift container spreaders, Brand Name or Equal to Bromma AST6 Spreaders, Model AST6 20/40/45, as Optional Goods, for use within an active marine terminal environment at PortMiami.

The spreaders shall be fully compatible with PMCM’s existing Ship-to-Shore (STS) crane systems and shall meet all operational, structural, performance, and safety requirements specified in the solicitation documents. The equipment shall be designed and manufactured specifically for high-duty-cycle container-handling operations in a marine port environment and shall be capable of handling ISO containers in both single-lift and twin-lift configurations.

Interested Contractors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ package will be available beginning Monday, October 5, 2026, and may be obtained by contacting Millie Garcia via email at mgarcia@cranemgt.com.

Proposals must be received no later than Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All proposal requirements and submission procedures, including the Cone of Silence, are detailed within the RFQ and shall take effect upon issuance of this advertisement. Please note that late proposals and/or proposals submitted via email will not be accepted.
